This week's tips will focus on using keyboard shortcuts to format. The keyboard shortcuts work in all Office versions. So if you are still having trouble finding your way around
the Ribbon, try using your favorite keyboard shortcut to complete that task.
You know you can emphasize text by selecting the text and hitting Control+B to make it bold or Control+U to underline. But if one line of underlining just isn't enough, Control-Shift-D will give you a double underline.
If that doesn't make your point, you may have to go to ALL CAPS, and I've got a shortcut for that too...
Highlight the text that you would like to change and hold down the ALT+O+E. The "Change Case" dialog box will appear and you can make your selection. It's that easy...
